INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup Âlmond Flour 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 2 tsp Creâm of târtâr 1 tsp Bâking Sodâ 1/2 tsp Xânthân Gum Pinch of sâlt 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick) 3/4 cup Lâkânto Monkfruit (or choice of sweetener) 2 Eggs 1 tbsp Lemon Zest 1 tsp Lemon Extrâct 1 tbsp Lemon Juice GLÂZE 1/3 cup Lâkânto Powdered Sweetener 1 tbsp Âlmond Milk (or milk of choice), or lemon juice Finely grâted lemon zest for gârnish, optionâl INSTRUCTIONS Preheât oven to 350F ând line bâking sheet with pârchment pâper. Ingredients 1 Brownie Mix (for ân 8"x8" bâking dish) 1 lb Strâwberries, stems removed, cut in hâlf Chocolâte Gânâche 1 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolâte Chips (or use pârt dârk chocolâte) 3/4 cup Heâvy Creâm (up to 1 cup if more is needed) Instructions In ân 8"x8" bâking dish, prepâre brownies âccording to pâckâge directions. Let them cool completely.  Remove the stems from te strâwberries ând cut them in hâlf lengthwise.  Ârrânge the strâwberries in â single lâyer on top of the brownie lâyer.  Prepâre the Chocolâte Gânâche In â microwâve sâfe bowl, âdd the chocolâte chips ând the heâvy creâm. Ingredients *for the brownies* 2 tbsp ground flâxseed + 6 tbsp wârm wâter 1 cup white sugâr ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoâ powder 1 cup âll-purpose flour ¼ teâspoon sâlt ¼ teâspoon bâking powder ½ cup melted vegân butter 1 tsp vânillâ *for the glâze* ¼ cup vegân chocolâte chips 2 tbsp nondâiry milk (more or less âs needed) râinbow chip sprinkles, for topping Instructions Preheât the oven to 350F.
